A children’s asthma medication may cause nightmares and other mental health issues, a study claims.

In contrast to the dangers of pharmaceutical drugs prescribed for asthma, researchers at the Dr. Rath Research Institute have found that a synergistic combination of safe micronutrients can be of benefit in the condition. In a small clinical trial, asthma patients aged between 45 and 75 years old were given the micronutrient combination for a period of three months. At the end of the three months, all of the patients experienced an increased lung capacity. Impressively, many of them recorded almost double the lung capacity they originally had prior to the start of the trial.
