Despite more than 2 years having passed since the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak, tens of millions of people continue to be confined to their homes under a draconian lockdown in Shanghai. In using such tactics in an attempt to stamp out what has become the country’s worst outbreak of COVID-19 since the pandemic began, China is now the last major country to still be pursuing a zero-COVID policy. The WHO is essentially right that such a strategy is unsustainable.

Bearing in mind the only infectious disease to have ever been eradicated in humans is smallpox, it is clear that, at least for now, getting rid of the SARS-CoV-2 virus completely is out of the question. As a means of learning to live with COVID-19, the best strategy to follow would therefore be one that strengthens our immune systems using safe, science-based approaches that are effective against not just the original SARS-CoV-2 virus, but also its key variants.

Fortunately, research conducted by scientists at the Dr. Rath Research Institute has shown that implementing such a strategy is now possible. The good news here is that improving our immunity to COVID-19 need not involve the use of risky experimental vaccines. Instead, a specific combination of natural plant extracts and micronutrients can be used. To learn more about this important scientific discovery, see this article on our website.
